Due to the instant downloadable nature of digital files, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a pattern file has been accessed or downloaded.

However, if you experience any technical issues downloading your PDF or notice a pattern discrepancy, please contact us immediately, and we will happily assist you!
